Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of staff to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, inventory management, cost control, food/beverage preparation, and compliance with health codes.
• Train and supervise staff to reach their highest potential and ensure that all areas of the restaurant operate efficiently.
• Establish standards for customer service, food preparation and quality control.
• Monitor financial performance and costs; develop strategies to maximize profits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing food safety, hygiene, health & safety.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract customers; track customer feedback/complaints.
• Maintain a positive environment for customers and staff while upholding company standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting; experience managing in a multicultural environment desired.
• Proven ability to lead teams towards success; excellent communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently & effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as required; proficiency in English required (other languages preferred).

Salary: 1300 AED per month
