Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively with staff
- A solid understanding of financials and budget management
- Immigrant status welcomed

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance and customer service.
- Ensure that all staff are properly trained on all policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback to improve service standards.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and operational costs.
