We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical equipment on site.

The main responsibilities will include:
• Installing and repairing machines, engines, motors and other mechanical equipment.
• Reading blueprints and schematics to determine the specific tasks to be completed.
• Troubleshooting systems and diagnosing mechanical faults.
• Assembling components together using hand tools and power tools.
• Carrying out regular maintenance inspections of all machinery.

Required Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of machines, tools and other mechanical equipment used in the industry.
• A high level of manual dexterity and an aptitude for problem solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with industrial machinery installation or repair would be advantageous.
• Certification from a technical school or college is also desirable but not essential.
