Position: Librarian

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Librarian to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing the library, as well as providing library services to our customers. The key duties of the role include selecting, cataloging and categorizing books and other material; overseeing the maintenance of the library; ensuring that all materials are properly indexed and archived; helping customers to find the required material; promoting reading initiatives and other programs; organizing book launches, readings, exhibitions and other related activities; developing new collections according to customer needs; managing budgets and library resources.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as a strong knowledge of modern library procedures. Additionally, they should have a proven track record in customer service. A degree in Library Science or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential.
