The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food with excellent quality, in accordance with health and safety regulations. They will be required to create innovative menus, purchase the necessary ingredients, ensure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy, and manage the staff effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. They should also have at least 3 years of experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment. In addition, they should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and be able to work long hours when needed.
