• A degree in nursing or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in the field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A thorough understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care
• The ability to assess patient conditions quickly and accurately, and provide appropriate treatment
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or equivalent training.
