Job Title: Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This position requires excellent customer service and barista skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing friendly, prompt, and accurate service.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or restaurant setting
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service at all times
• Must possess strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc)
• Knowledge of coffee bean selection and grinding techniques is strongly preferred
• Must have the ability to take orders accurately and efficiently
• Must be willing to learn new skills and techniques as required
• Must be organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• We are also open to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare all types of beverages including espresso drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc. according to company standards
• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned properly after each shift/day before closing the shop
• Work with customers by taking orders accurately and promptly preparing requested items in a timely manner
• Ensure that all food preparation areas are kept clean and sanitized at all times
• Follow company standards for recipes when preparing drinks or other items
