Pharmacist – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with professional advice on medications, as well as the preparation and dispensing of drugs. In addition, they will be required to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Job Description:
• Advise customers on medications, including their uses, side effects, interactions and dosage.
• Prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions provided by doctors or other medical personnel.
• Ensure that all medications are properly stored and organized in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions involving controlled substances.
• Monitor patient progress, follow-up on their prescriptions and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed when handling drugs or chemicals.
• Keep up to date with changes in pharmacy laws or regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating a friendly attitude towards patients and colleagues alike.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college/university is required.
• Previous experience as a pharmacist is preferred but not required.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can handle multiple tasks at once while working under pressure in stressful situations.
