We are seeking a talented and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

In this role, you will provide administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to the organization. Your duties will include taking phone calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external events.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You should also possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while working under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
