Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1700 AED

We are looking for a capable Supervisor with excellent organizational and leadership skills to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of employees in order to ensure that objectives are met. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate should have good understanding of organizational policies and procedures, and be able to motivate team members to produce quality results. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, reliable, organized and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and provide guidance to staff members
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when needed
• Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the team
• Manage employee issues such as conflicts, discipline, grievances, etc.
• Plan daily activities by setting goals and assigning tasks accordingly

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, safety standards etc.
