Job Title: Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees, ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving results through continuous improvement, problem solving and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met
• Provide guidance and training to employees when needed
• Develop systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
