We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring that all HR processes are being followed according to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the field of Human Resources Management and excellent organizational skills.
The HR Manager’s responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing applicants, managing employee performance, administering benefits, handling payroll and employee relations, developing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws, coordinating training programs, and providing guidance on personnel matters. The manager should be able to provide staff with feedback on their performance, as well as handle disciplinary issues when necessary. They should also have a good understanding of local employment law so that they can properly advise the company on any potential legal liabilities.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English as well as strong problem solving skills. They must also possess a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month for a full-time position, plus any applicable benefits packages associated with the role. We are open to considering applications from international candidates who meet the above criteria.
