We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager in Abu Dhabi for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring that our staff have the best working experience possible. The successful applicant will be expected to provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies, as well as managing recruitment, onboarding, training and development initiatives.

The salary we offer for this role is 1100 AED per month.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. They should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding of how to effectively manage employees. Furthermore, they should have knowledge of relevant employment legislation in Abu Dhabi and be able to provide advice on any necessary changes that may be necessary. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who do not have prior experience but can demonstrate their suitability for the role through other qualifications or experiences.
