Job Description:
We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing overall strategic guidance and leadership to the human resources department. This includes managing the hiring, training, and development of employees; coordinating employee relations; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; and developing policies and procedures.

Requirements for the Candidate:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
β€’ Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
β€’ Knowledge of UAE labor laws
β€’ Proficiency in MS Office applications
β€’ Fluency in English (Arabic is preferred but not required)
