Position: Instrument Technician

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 900 AED /Monthly

We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is open to both local and immigrant candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing instruments and control systems used in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair instrumentation systems such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level indicators and temperature controllers.
• Ensure that all instrumentation equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on instrumentation systems.
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits and wiring diagrams.
• Read blueprints to determine the location of instruments and control systems components.
• Inspect instrumentation systems regularly for signs of wear or malfunctioning parts.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed on instrumentation systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Instrument Technician or equivalent experience in the industrial field

• Knowledgeable in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams

• Experienced with installation maintenance, calibration and repair of various types of instrumentation systems

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently

• Excellent communication skills; able to work well with other technicians, engineers and customers

• Good physical condition; able to lift heavy objects up to 30kg/66lbs
