Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting by scraping, cleaning, sanding, filling nail holes, etc.
• Mix paint colors according to the desired colors specified in the project plan.
• Apply paint coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
• Create textures on walls using various tools. • Maintain tools and equipment used on the job site in good condition. • Clean up after each painting session finishes. • Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and other hazardous materials. • Keep accurate records of paint usage and other supplies used on each job site. • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and technologies.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; prior experience in painting is an advantage but not necessary as we are willing to train new candidates without experience. • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment; excellent attention to detail; sound knowledge of basic color theory; good physical stamina; good interpersonal skills; ability to read/understand project plans; excellent problem-solving skills; valid driver’s license (advantage).
