We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody with no prior experience to enter the growing field of library management. With a salary of 1500 per month, this position offers a competitive rate of pay and generous benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the orderly running of the library, managing its resources, and providing assistance to patrons. The primary responsibilities include cataloging books and other materials; maintaining an accurate inventory; assisting patrons with research topics; monitoring computer use; supervising volunteers; and organizing events.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills needed to keep the library in order and running smoothly. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively help patrons find what they need, as well as good problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations that may arise. Additionally, the successful candidate should be comfortable using computers and other technology in order to assist patrons as needed.

An undergraduate degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred but not required. Immigrants are welcome to apply for this position as well.
