Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the library’s resources, providing information services to patrons, and managing library inventory. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 AED for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
•Organize and catalogue library materials in accordance with established standards
•Maintain records of library materials
•Assist patrons with locating resources and information
•Create a safe and welcoming environment for patrons
•Ensure all library materials are properly stored and shelved
•Assist with programs related to the library, including lectures, workshops, etc.
•Support other staff members as needed
•Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a library setting
•Ability to work independently or as part of a team
•Excellent organizational skills
•Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications used in libraries
•Excellent customer service skills •Familiarity with cataloging standards is an asset •We are ready to consider an immigrant
