Position: Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 USD/Month

We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role and be highly organized.

The successful applicant should have excellent communication and leadership skills as they will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business. They should be able to ensure that all tasks are completed correctly, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the business including staff management, customer service, product/service delivery, financial management, and record keeping

• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and maximize profits

• Monitor progress towards goals and objectives and report results to senior management

• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and take appropriate corrective action when necessary

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Foster an environment of professional development for employees through coaching & training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a related industry

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

• Ability to think strategically about company goals & objectives

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) & QuickBooks
