Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding components in flat, vertical or overhead positions according to blueprints and shop drawings. He/she will need to ensure that the work meets quality standards and is performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Prepare the components for welding
• Set up the required equipment and accessories
• Operate welding tools to effectively join metal parts
• Follow safety guidelines while working with potentially hazardous materials
• Inspect welded surfaces to guarantee a high-quality result
• Repair existing metal objects by welding components using gas tungsten arc or gas metal arc welding techniques
• Maintain records of all work performed.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a welder (GTAW/GMAW)
• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints or schematics
• Familiarity with oxyacetylene cutting equipment is a plus
• Physical strength and stamina needed for long shifts in awkward positions
• Good eye-hand coordination and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be willing to take on extra responsibilities when asked

Salary: 1400 AED per month
