Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to identify the best candidates for a given role. With a salary of 1400, we are ready to consider foreign applicants with no prior experience in this field.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job postings, referrals, social media, job boards, etc.
• Post job openings on various platforms
• Review applications and screen potential candidates
• Conduct interviews with potential applicants
• Negotiate salaries and other benefits with selected candidates
• Analyze applicant’s qualifications against job requirements
• Create recruitment reports
• Provide support during onboarding process

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Experience in recruiting is a plus but not necessary
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify the right people for the job

Compensation:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1400 per month.
