We are looking for a reliable and skilled Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively and have a strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be expected to identify appropriate candidates for job openings using various recruiting techniques such as developing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and administering assessments. They will also be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to maintain accurate records of their recruitment activities such as interviews, assessments, decisions made, etc., in order to ensure hiring decisions are transparent and compliant with local labor laws.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month for this position. We are also open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
