We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi to drive sales and oversee the sales team. The successful candidate must be organized, have a passion for sales and be able to manage the team effectively. The Sales Manager must have an aptitude for problem solving and have excellent communication skills.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for determining annual unit and gross-profit plans. They must assess the market, develop pricing strategies, create budgets, and analyze trends in customer behavior. The Sales Manager will also recruit, hire, train and develop new sales staff. They will be expected to monitor performance of the team with regular reviews and coaching sessions.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years of previous experience. Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles and retail operations is required as well as a valid UAE driving license. We are ready to consider an immigrant salary is 1100 AED/monthly .
