Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to develop successful sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met
• Meet with customers to discuss their needs and explain product benefits
• Negotiate price and delivery terms with customers
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek new opportunities for growth
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, products, and marketing strategies
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events
• Coordinate with teams in other departments to ensure effective implementation of sales plans

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary: 1300 AED/month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
