We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provides leadership to housekeeping staff ensuring efficiency in operations, as well as adherence to hotel policies and standards.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. This includes ensuring that rooms are properly cleaned, making sure that staff is well trained and motivated, inspecting rooms, managing supplies, and creating reports. The Housekeeping Manager must also be comfortable interacting with guests, resolving any issues they may have with their stay, and keeping them satisfied with their experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to delegate tasks efficiently. They must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage staff and interact with guests. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
