Construction Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction projects in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have excellent managerial and organizational skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all steps are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop detailed construction plans that take into account safety, quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
3. Ensure that all materials and equipment needed for the project are ordered on time and within budget.
4. Monitor progress on site, resolve any problems or issues that arise, and keep track of costs associated with the project.
5. Create detailed reports for management on progress, cost analysis, and changes in schedule or budget when necessary.
6. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the course of the construction project.
7. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and answer any questions they may have about the project’s status or timeline changes.
8. Manage a team of construction professionals such as architects, engineers, surveyors, etc., delegating tasks as necessary to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and timeline parameters set forth by clients or company officials.
9 Handle any additional tasks related to the project as assigned by management or clients such as attending meetings or resolving disputes between contractors or subcontractors when necessary .

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects with a focus on safety, quality control, budgeting accuracy, scheduling efficiency, etc .
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think quickly under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team of skilled professionals while maintaining high productivity standards
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
