Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a construction project, including overseeing staff and subcontractors, monitoring schedules and progress, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and making any necessary adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in construction management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications
• Immigrants are welcome to apply
• Salary: 1500 AED/month

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including personnel, material procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress against timelines while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
• Maintain accurate records for all construction activities.
• Manage personnel on site including contractors and sub-contractors.
