Construction Manager - Abu-Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry and be willing to work with a salary of 1600. We are open to considering immigrant candidates for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, from hiring subcontractors to managing budgets.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all safety protocols are observed on site.
• Coordinate inspections of the project site with local authorities as needed.
• Monitor project progress and report progress to senior management.
• Supervise subcontractors and other personnel onsite to ensure that they adhere to set quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
• Ensure that all construction materials used meet the required standards of quality and durability.
• Address any issues or problems that may arise during the course of construction activities in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and schematics quickly and accurately
• Knowledgeable in safety regulations related to construction sites • Excellent problem solving abilities and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
