Office Administrator β Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a professional and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, financial record keeping, and other duties as necessary.
Responsibilities:
β’ Monitor and manage office supplies
β’ Ensure office is clean and organized
β’ Schedule meetings and appointments
β’ Handle incoming mail/correspondence
β’ Manage filing systems (electronic & paper)
β’ Create reports and presentations as needed
β’ Handle financial record keeping processes such as invoicing, payments, etc.
β’ Manage office equipment maintenance
β’ Maintain contact lists
β’ Answer phone calls/emails/enquiries from clients/visitors in a professional manner
Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Office Administrator in a corporate environment.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). β’ Flexible with working hours when needed. β’ Salary: AED 1500/- per month plus benefits We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
