Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 0-2 years' experience in the industry.

You will be responsible for designing, constructing, and supervising civil engineering projects such as bridges, roads, tunnels, dams, irrigation systems and water/wastewater treatment plants. Your duties may also include ensuring that these projects adhere to applicable codes and safety standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software
• Overseeing the construction of civil engineering projects onsite
• Assessing project progress and making necessary adjustments
• Monitoring project budgets and ensuring that all safety regulations are met
• Ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained prior to beginning work on the project
• Evaluating project results upon completion
• Providing technical support when needed
• Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Participating in meetings with clients and other stakeholders to discuss project updates

The successful candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills, be organized and detail-oriented with good communication skills. Knowledge of construction principles and materials is essential as well as the ability to work independently or part of a team. We offer an attractive salary package of 900 QAR per month for this position. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
