Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented Florist in Doha to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements, offering advice on the selection of flowers, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, be passionate about flowers, and have excellent interpersonal skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Design and create floral arrangements according to customer specifications
• Consult with customers to determine their needs and preferences
• Offer advice on the selection of flowers based on occasion, color schemes, seasonality, etc.
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are made with fresh flowers of high quality
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customers’ inquiries and requests promptly
• Keep track of inventory and stock shelves with fresh flowers accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Florist or in a related field is preferred but not required
• Passion for floristry and design creativity
• Excellent knowledge of flower types, colors, seasons, pricing, etc.
• Great interpersonal skills—ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Ability to pay attention to detail when creating floral arrangements

Salary: 1700 QAR per month
