Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1500 QAR per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing daily operations and staff activities. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor staff performance and ensure quality of services provided
• Oversee the daily operations of the team and ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Provide guidance to staff on tasks and processes in order to achieve the desired outcomes
• Ensure that safety regulations are followed at all times
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
• Develop strategies to improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizational goals
• Prepare reports on performance indicators, progress updates and other relevant information
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Previous experience as a supervisor preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
