Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to patients of all ages, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Psychiatrist will be expected to diagnose, treat and manage mental health disorders through a variety of therapeutic modalities. Responsibilities:
The Psychiatrist will provide diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning and implementation of therapeutic interventions for patients suffering from mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse or other conditions. They will develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual patient based on clinical assessment and evidence-based practices. They must also maintain accurate patient records while demonstrating sensitivity towards cultural differences and client privacy rights. Additional responsibilities may include providing education and support groups as well as consultation services to other healthcare providers within the facility or community at large.

Qualifications & Skills:
The successful candidate must possess a medical degree in psychiatry from an accredited higher education institution along with a valid license from the Medical Council of Qatar or equivalent body. Candidates should have at least two years’ experience working in psychiatry or a related field as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this position along with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
