Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in land surveying. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting boundary surveys; analyzing topographic maps; plotting survey results using AutoCAD and other software programs; utilizing advanced surveying instrumentation including theodolites, levels, EDMs, and total stations; performing calculations for area, volume, slope staking; creating survey reports; and preparing legal descriptions of property boundaries.

The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, strong mathematical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
