Job Title: Barista
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1800 SAR/month
Experience Required: 3 years of Barista experience

We are seeking a skilled and creative Barista to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful applicant will have at least three years of experience in the barista profession and be passionate about making high-quality coffees for our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must be comfortable working with modern coffee making equipment and have the ability to create innovative drinks.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to company standards
- Ensure all drinks are served with the highest quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area at all times
- Follow health & safety regulations when preparing beverages
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work well with fellow baristas to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar
- Follow company policies and procedures when taking orders, handling cash, and handling customer complaints
- Assist in training new baristas

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Barista in a busy cafe/restaurant/hotel environment
- Knowledge of all types of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle busy periods with ease
- Excellent customer service skills including effective communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional attitude and appearance - Fluency in English is desirable but not required (we are ready to consider foreigners)
