Job Description:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing hot beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, cappuccino, lattes, etc. They will also need to maintain cleanliness of the work areas, display cases, and coffee equipment. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills as they will be responsible for taking orders from customers in an efficient manner. They must be able to troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the preparation of beverages. Additionally, they should possess knowledge about coffee beans and their various blends so that they can recommend different types of espresso-based drinks to customers.
