We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring the highest level of customer service. A competitive salary of 1700 AED is offered for this role.

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management and training to customer service and operations. They will ensure the restaurant is kept clean and organized, and that all employees are following safety standards. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for menu planning, ordering supplies, creating weekly schedules, developing new promotions, and creating customer loyalty programs.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Must have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred
• Ability to create weekly schedules and ensure staff compliance with all safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively manage the staff team
• Ability to develop customer loyalty programs and promotions
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
