We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

This role requires the successful candidate to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, take orders accurately, prepare coffee and other beverages to the highest standards, maintain cleanliness of the cafe area and equipment, and provide advice and suggestions to customers inquiring about our products. They must also ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

The person we are looking for should have at least 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a busy environment, with knowledge of different brewing techniques. Knowledge of various coffee bean origins is also desirable. Moreover, this role requires multitasking abilities, great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month for this position with the possibility of bonuses depending on performance. We welcome applications from both UAE nationals as well as foreign candidates who wish to work in Sharjah.
