We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our cafe team in Sharjah. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working as a Barista and must be knowledgeable about different coffee styles. They should be passionate about providing excellent customer service, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to work within demanding timelines. The successful candidate must also possess good communication skills in English.

The job includes taking orders from customers, preparing coffee drinks based on customer requirements, maintaining cleanliness of all equipment, restocking supplies, and preparing food items as requested. The successful candidate must also be willing to work flexible hours and may sometimes be required to work weekends or holidays.

The salary offered is 1200 AED per month with the possibility of further advancement if performance is satisfactory. We are also willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.
