The primary responsibilities of a Personal Trainer include designing customized workout plans, providing motivation and educating clients on proper form and technique, monitoring client progress, and providing feedback to clients. Additionally, the Personal Trainer should stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques, as well as promote the health benefits of physical activity.
