Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to craft delicious coffee drinks in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with a great experience while providing exceptional barista service. This position offers an attractive salary of 1800 AED per month, and we are open to considering foreigners for the role.

Responsibilities:
The successful Barista will be expected to perform a variety of duties, including but not limited to: preparing hot and cold beverages according to established recipes; maintaining cleanliness of the work area; ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked; interacting with customers in a professional manner; adhering to health and safety standards; taking orders accurately; keeping accurate records of sales transactions; operating cash registers according to company policy; upselling additional menu items when appropriate; following established recipes for all menu items; ensuring that all espresso machines are properly maintained and calibrated; following company guidelines on portion control.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience as a Barista or in a related role. Additionally, they should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure. They must also possess strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and be willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Knowledge of health and safety processes is essential, as is familiarity with espresso machines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
