Electrical Engineer – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Job Description:
• Design electrical systems for new construction projects, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Install wiring systems and connect them to existing electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and make repairs as necessary.
• Inspect existing systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Create detailed drawings of existing and proposed electrical systems using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Maintain records of all inspections and repairs made to electrical systems.
• Monitor energy usage in buildings to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Train staff on proper use of electrical equipment and safety procedures related to electricity use.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer in residential or commercial settings
• Knowledge of national and local building codes related to electricity use
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
