Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the culinary field and a passion for food. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED/Month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The main responsibility of the Executive Chef will be to oversee the kitchen staff and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation, cost control, staffing and scheduling, food safety compliance and quality assurance. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for ensuring that all recipes and cooking methods adhere to company standards and regulations. They must also work closely with other departments such as marketing and catering services to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, be detail oriented and have a creative flair when it comes to creating new dishes or enhancing existing recipes. They must also have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively lead their team in the kitchen while meeting all deadlines and budgets.
