Land surveyor vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE


We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys to measure precise distances and angles of a property or constructions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of surveying principles and have the ability to operate sophisticated surveying instruments. They should also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Measure precise distances and angles of a property or structure using a theodolite, total station, level and other surveying instruments
• Prepare survey plans, topographic maps, sketches, reports and other related documents
• Analyze survey data to determine directions of lines, shapes of curves, elevations and other features
• Collect field data by performing physical surveys
• Research legal records such as deeds and titles to establish land boundaries
• Establish markers for boundary lines between properties or construction sites
• Update existing information on survey plans using GIS software


Salary: 1100 AED/month
