Job Title: Barista

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1600 per month

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and good knowledge of specialty coffee drinks. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas
• Adhere to health and safety standards when preparing drinks
• Take orders from customers accurately and deliver them promptly
• Provide friendly customer service at all times
• Provide a clean work area, free of clutter and debris
• Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols when dealing with customers
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or similar role in the food service industry preferred
• Working knowledge of coffee preparation techniques such as grinding beans, pouring techniques, etc.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with customers and fellow staff members
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
