We are looking for an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing our company's HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of success in managing human resources. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with people from different backgrounds. In addition, the successful candidate should be knowledgeable about UAE labor laws and regulations and have experience with employee welfare programs.

The primary responsibility of the HR Manager will include recruiting qualified personnel to match job openings; creating job postings; conducting interviews; ensuring compliance with labor laws; administering payrolls; managing employee benefit plans; handling disciplinary issues; promoting positive employee morale; developing personnel policies and procedures, etc. The HR Manager should also be responsible for developing strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of the HR department.
