Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1800. We are willing to consider candidates from outside the UAE who meet the requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Previous experience in an HR role is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective HR strategies
- Recruiting new employees based on job requirements
- Developing performance management systems
- Managing employee relations issues
- Evaluating training needs and organizing training sessions accordingly
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of human resources practices and principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
