Restaurant Manager (Abu-Dhabi, 1100 AED)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a career in the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills, be proactive and have a passion for the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:
• Manage overall operations of the restaurant with a focus on excellent customer service, food quality, and cost efficiency
• Oversee day-to-day activities such as staff scheduling, ordering supplies, budgeting and financial management
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant brand and increase sales
• Ensure all health, safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to
• Monitor customer feedback and take action to improve quality of service
• Foster positive working relationships with suppliers
• Work closely with chefs to ensure menu items are fresh and meet high standards of quality

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or other managerial role in a hospitality setting preferred but not essential; we are also ready to consider people with no experience who have strong organizational and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills; ability to speak English fluently is essential
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1100 AED
