Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.

The Recruiter will be tasked with creating recruitment strategies, researching job boards, preparing job descriptions, making sure potential candidates understand the roles and tasks they would be expected to perform, interviewing applicants, conducting background checks and reference checks, as well as maintaining recruitment records.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of recruitment procedures and policies, a good knowledge of current labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.
