Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1500 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a housekeeping strategy to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the hotel. This position is open to both native and immigrant candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, standards, and processes
• Oversee housekeeping staff recruitment, training and performance management
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and presentable at all times
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory levels and service requests
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations as well as fire codes
• Handle guest complaints relating to housekeeping services in a professional manner
• Prepare budgets for supplies and staffing levels in conjunction with other department heads

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
• Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
